Asandia thanks you in advance for participating in our monthly sales promotions. Many of our past and present customers chose Asandia thanks to the kind words of praise from our friends and clients. We are happy to present this monthly promotion to encourage the continued referral of valued clients. Please note the following regulations which govern our promotion:

This is a great time to consider outsourcing your IT services - database design, web site update, network installation, and PC tune-ups. Consider Team Asandia if you're not yet ready to invest in a full time staff but appreciate a friendly, dedicated approach to problem resolution. Refer us to a prospective client and we'll thank you with a nice seasonal gift!

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

ELIGIBILITY: Any Company or person may enter by submitting a prospective client to Asandia, Corp. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Submit by email to info@asandia.com or in-person, in-writing, your name and contact information; the prospective client's name; the name of the person to contact; and, a brief description of how you think the prospective client might benefit from Asandia's service.

PRIZES & SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRIES. One winner will be selected on the last day of each calendar month from all eligible entries. A random drawing will be conducted by Asandia, Corp. whose decisions are final and binding. A new drawing will be conducted on the last day of each month and will include the names of all persons who have submitted the name of a prospective client who became a contractually paying customer on or before the last day of the following month. If no entries are received, there will be no winner. Total value of prizes ranges between $25-$100.

ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received

RELEASE: By entering this promotion, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to release, discharge and hold harmless Asandia, Corp., their affiliates, their respective shareholders, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses which may arise out of participation in this promotion or out of the acceptance, use or misuse of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges whose decisions shall be deemed final and binding.

WINNER NOTIFICATIONS: If no postal address has been provided by an entrant who is selected as a potential winner, that potential winner will be notified by e-mail. Should this be the case, three attempts will be made to contact the winner by e-mail within a 14-day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within 14 days of the last attempt or if the e-mail attempt is consistently undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified. (Contestants are responsible for notifying Asandia, Corp. of changes in e-mail address or postal address by emailing or writing to the to Asandia, Corp. at info@asandia.com.) When the potential winner's postal address has been obtained s/he will be notified by postal mail. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/ Publicity Release within 14 days of date printed on notification or s/he will be disqualified. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification. For all failures of potential winners to respond, or undeliverable attempts as described herein, a new potential winner will be selected at random from among all applicable entries for that prize drawing. Prizes awarded within 30 days of receipt of executed affidavits. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, hometowns, likenesses, prize won and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Asandia, Corp. reserves the right to withhold taxes or other payments as deemed necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws.

No responsibility is assumed for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Asandia, Corp. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Asandia, corp. is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from submitting information to asandia, corp. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ASANDIA, CORP. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Asandia, corp. reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the game if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction impairs its ability to conduct thesweepstakes).
